I like the ability to create user flow funnels and track where are the drops happening. I also like the fact that I can track the smallest of events and create dashboards. Implementation on a suite of products is a little hard where the user login is the same across apps but the flows are slightly different. It becomes hard to track how a user to came to the primary flow and then when they hopped to the second product what happened. It gives an overview of how the company website is performing. It shows where the company website is getting traffic and from which country it is getting more visitors. Sometimes if you are running any social media ads, there could be some discrepancy with the statistics of the ads and google analytics.
