We use these visualizations to identify issues within our most critical revenue funnels. Lastly, Google Analytics allows you to capture customer data without limits, which helps deal with large-volume scenarios like homepage analytics. **What do you dislike about Google Analytics 360?** Like many other Google services, GA lacks prompt and convincing support. Most issues are expected to be solved through self-served documentation, but that does not work out in real scenarios. Turnaround time from the support team is often in the order of several weeks. I think that it is important because it means you can then use the software accordingly make sure you also know the best use case for why you are to use it. does it fill any gaps you can't currently utilise? does it do the job you need it to do? don't just use it because of the name. make sure you also can integrate it with other products accordingly. it needs to fit seamlessly in to your teams practice so that you are not spending too long onboarding it vs other partners think about how other teams are going to use this also. it is important that you need the whole business to utilise the product effectively, otherwise there is no point in the whole company wide migration if you are only going to have one team (let's say the programmatic team) using it. you need to ensure that the whole team can use it across the business so that the product is more effective you should also think about how you turn this analytics in to money. how can you transfer the detail and the data from GA in to conversions, advertising and opportunities for your business to create revenue? the google team will be able to assist with this. **What problems is Google Analytics 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** our video views. does a good job of measuring them properly compared to previous options. works very well for us now, as previously we weren't able to provide this when asking for it ### 31. While it is a powerful tool, the consistent lag prevents me from creating and editing reports quickly. In addition, Data Studio is not able to pull all data from Google Analytics. The dimensions and metrics available on Google Analytics are not always available on Studio, which is often frustrating.
