The fact that we can add some tags on my KPI (CTA, clicks, bounce, purchased, ...) whenever we want. **What do you dislike about Google Analytics 360?** I dislike that it is not working well with external trackers: I had some sales provided by our performance marketing agency that were considered as generated by AdWords so either I had to pay twice for the same sale, or I had to cancel them with my agency (as I cannot cancel anything billed by GA). Pairing it with GTM, it is also easier to setup more dynamic tracking.They have good documentation and their support team is easily reached compared to before. **What do you dislike about Google Analytics 360?** There are functions that I don't fully understand so I think I was not able to maximize them. I'm hoping that they have an easier way to setup some tracking. f they could just design something that is more user friendly. For example, the cross domain tracking and tracking of certain actions on the website that has dynamic values. I wish there's an easier way to set up those tracking For cross domain tracking, in the Property set up, maybe there should be a question, "do you wish to perform cross domain tracking?", then when the answer is "Yes", two field boxes would open that let's you add the primary secondary domain. Then it will automatically produce the Gtag script for cross domain. Then with GTM, you just have to paste the UA- then the code is dynamically inserted on the site. It is also hard to produce certain report which has more than 2 dimensions. For example, for Events, I want to know the Event + Source/Medium + Date, I can't seem to perform this. **Recommendations to others considering Google Analytics 360:** Data is not everything in strategies but a big chunk of strategies gets skewed towards where the data is leading you.
