UI is not user friendly. Onboarding process took over 6 months due to a very complex business model. Customer support is average at best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Google Analytics 360: You'd expect a great product since they are a Google company but since the acquisition in May 2014 it doesn't seem like there have been much time spent to improve the product. Google may have acquired Adometry for other reasons. The UI is very finicky and hard to use and integrating your data is a difficult and long drawn out process if your business model is complex. We are trying to have smarter attribution than traditional last click but better than your out of the box attribution models like linear/rules based weighted.
