No Support Inspite of Hefty payment. Support Staff Not feel Competent if adverises has Budget less than one Lac per annum.

in This Consumer Competitve market Where Every Company is Thinking of Consumer. google Only Policy is to Kill Competition and Least worried About Customers.

No Reply on Call, Chat and Even on Email. The Worst part is When They Display a message We may take Few days to few Months On replying your issue.

First its very Difficult to catch Support and in any case if you are lucky to Catch Someone on Chat or Support they Will Disconnect you Just Saying ], Your issue is forward to relevent Team. and Then ypuo keep on Waiting and will not Get any reply for days after days. I dont Think they are Competent to resolve problem, They Afr Cerating problems to Consumer By Money Power, making their browser Default and Then Dictating the market.

What do you like best about Google Ads?

As per my experience, I dislike the keywords cpc module for medium & high-competition keywords & sometimes if the campaign is not optimised properly, so budgets can be drained quickly with fewer results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Problem - Audience Reach is not up to the mark because of keywords match types.

What do you like best about Google Ads?

Ads are shown in search and via a vast network. You can target ads to audiences and use various ad types now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Ads?

Their promotions are misleading. Their ad recommendations are also misleading. I missed out of a $500 credit because of the promotional offer and my budget spend being just a few dollars shy of the mark. Their Max Performance Ads raised my daily budget by more than 300% blowing my budget within days instead of to the end of the month.

Google support silos their complaints. There's no help for promotions support -- they claim its marketing and they have no control over marketing support.

Google's Max Performance Ads support claimed that my budget would have remained intact for the month, but they already went PAST my monthly budget within a few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Google Ads?

I like the detailed setup and helpful tools like the Keyword planner. If you use Shopify, now you can even skip the Google Tag Manager and have a direct integration with your business Google account in just several clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It may be tricky to use if you are a niche B2B business. Google operates from a dimension of B2C businesses, so some of your ads may have limited reach if Google thinks your ads go against their rules and standards (even if they don't). By setting up the Google Ads search and display campaigns I am able to generate the high intent based leads for my brand and also able to optimize the campaigns for better results and cost and bidding is also in our hand that is benefitting us to track the campaigns and generate the more leads with minimum spends.
