Their promotions are misleading. Their ad recommendations are also misleading. I missed out of a $500 credit because of the promotional offer and my budget spend being just a few dollars shy of the mark. Their Max Performance Ads raised my daily budget by more than 300% blowing my budget within days instead of to the end of the month. Google support silos their complaints. There's no help for promotions support -- they claim its marketing and they have no control over marketing support. Google's Max Performance Ads support claimed that my budget would have remained intact for the month, but they already went PAST my monthly budget within a few days. Google operates from a dimension of B2C businesses, so some of your ads may have limited reach if Google thinks your ads go against their rules and standards (even if they don't).
