"Excellent Features for Email and Online Operations Management"

What do you like best about Admin?

Google Admin/ GSuite comes with a ton of features that's useful for personal management as well as for businesses. I use its GSuite Marketplace often with Google Docs and it shows me a ton of useful apps that I can use for my field of work. It comes with the ability to review each individual app, so you can see all the top quality apps over the mediocre ones.

Business-wise, it's very useful as an enterprise work tool. It helps manage calendars and Google Hangouts to coordinate internal and externals meetings. It's relatively easy to use with a very mild learning curve.

It's also cloud-based throughout, so that no settings are lost or needing to be reworked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Admin?

Nothing significant, but Google support can still use some work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helped me find SEMRush's SEO Writing Assistant (which I use on a daily basis). I've generally been looking for the perfect writing and SEO tools to use daily and GSuite/Admin has helped me immensely with that. I've also managed to find other reliable apps to use through Google Sheets such as Split Names. A simple add-on that allows you to split columns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Admin:

Do it! From a basic level at least, I think it's been great. I love how customizable our security settings are. And how easy it is to reset passwords on the go, new employees are always losing their password or don't go to click their link in time, so we need to resend. What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing emails and security has been great. We needed to have two domains under one account and so far that has worked. Sometimes we hit a wall when people have the same name and need an email under each domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Admin?

The admin site is not only extremely useful but easy to use and intuitive. It can help you admin your GSuite apps without the hassle. The mobile app is also very useful, although the very first time I would advise you to make it online. There are not many tutorials but it can be configured with some common sense. What do you dislike about Admin?

There are some features that can be a little bit hidden, but once you begin to use it, you will learn quickly. The most difficult task as admin is to keep up on what's new and comming to the suite on every update. There are some blogs but is not always easy to find. I would advise to first try to run all over the features and take note on what you can do with GSuite and then check what can be useful for you organization so you can later on just deploy those features. What do you like best about Admin?

Google Admin has been amazing as a small business owner. At only $50 per year (as of Nov 2019) it's highly affordable and allows me to easily manage your Google Cloud account on-the-go. I like Admin the best. It is a great product that enables and allows office staff and departments to work in teams and coordinate efficiently in order to enable continuous work flow throughout the business day and environment. I dislike the processes sometimes, it can be difficult to find certain programs and information but otherwise it is a very efficient system that allows for great opportunity in big office environments, allowing staff to coordinate meetings and business. Admin can seem complicated to use because it is such a powerful tool but with proper training and learning it can really be a huge asset to companies all over the world. Solving database errors, solving department miscommunication, organizing processes and developing team skills between staff and cross departments. Admin is also great for backing up databases and developing clouds for information.
