If you want to do anything other than the bare minimum administration, expects to dig and dig and dig through several layers. Also one of the biggest problems they continue to ignore is that for say an EA to manage calendars, the *only* way is grant them super admin access which is just incredibly poor security. **What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Administering other competing products can be difficult, and expensive. For most functions, it does what we need it to well. ### 2. Students are sure to get direct access to educational and classroom support content rich away.We are able to deploy all of our G-Suite applications with minimal user interaction. I like that with one plane of glass I can ensure not only the safety of the data entrusted to us and managed by the Admin Console but that i can easily deploy and control applications on desktops and Mobile devices. **What do you dislike about Admin?** Like many Admin suites the sheer complication and amount of layers that must be mastered are daunting at first. it really takes time to master the ins and outs of where tools are and what methods one must use to sequentially deploy a tool or setting. **Recommendations to others considering Admin:** Google admin us a must for any Business, Non-Profit and educational institution. **What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Google Admin allows us to maintain central access to all organization data on google drives and g-suite applications for student and Staff. It also allows us to manage our many many mobile devices brought into and provided by our organization. The Admin suite allows us to manage student online safety on email and other play store apps. ### 3. In a k12 environment, this is all you need. **What do you dislike about Admin?** Licensing - you have to buy a license for each chromebook model. When you decommission and replace one, you have to buy the license again. **What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?** No business problems, as we are k12 environment.
