I find the requirement to log in using an admin account instead of a personal account a significant inconvenience. This lack of flexibility can be problematic in situations where having a personal backup account is necessary. Additionally, the cancellation process is very frustrating due to the cancellation fee, which I believe is quite unreasonable and makes ending a subscription unnecessarily difficult.
