**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Admin?**

As an administrator, I appreciate the level of control I have over other users. I am able to add or remove people from our Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), set up listservs, handle billing, and perform various other tasks.

**What do you dislike about Admin?**

If you haven't used Google Workspace before or are coming from a Microsoft Teams background, the platform may feel quite different from what you're accustomed to. Also, customer support can feel difficult if not impossible to reach at times.

**What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Admin enables our organization to efficiently manage onboarding and offboarding processes for the various campaigns, nonprofits, and other groups we collaborate with. It’s rewarding to observe the growth of these groups from a business operations perspective.

  ### 2. Powerful Centralized Control with a Learning Curve in Google Admin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourish M. | developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Admin?**

I really appreciate Google Admin’s centralized control and security features. The ability to manage users, set access levels, enforce 2-step verification, and monitor activity across the organization from a single console is very powerful. I also like the detailed reporting tools and how easily it integrates with other Google services for automation and policy management.

**What do you dislike about Admin?**

There isn’t much to dislike, but sometimes the interface can feel a bit complex for new users. Some advanced settings are buried under multiple menus, so it takes time to get used to where everything is located. However, once you’re familiar with the layout, it becomes much easier to navigate.

**What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Admin helps centralize user and device management, making it easier to control access, manage permissions, and maintain data security across the organization. It saves time and ensures consistency by allowing all settings and configurations to be handled from one place.

  ### 3. Good tool to keep everything organized and users under control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** João S. | IT, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Admin?**

I like how easy it is to manage users, emails, and permissions all in one place. The dashboard is clear and makes it simple to see what’s happening across the organization. It helps keep things secure and avoids confusion when setting up new accounts.

**What do you dislike about Admin?**

Some options are not very intuitive at first, and it takes a bit of time to understand where each setting is located. Also, some advanced settings could be explained better to avoid making mistakes when changing permissions.

**What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us control access and manage multiple users efficiently. Everything is centralized, so we can quickly add or remove accounts and monitor activity. This saves time, keeps our data safer, and ensures everyone in the team can work without issues.

  ### 4. Boosts Productivity with User-Friendly Interface, but Needs Better Performance and Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raj Singh R. | Digital Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Admin?**

The user-friendly interface makes every aspect of daily operations much easier. Automation of tasks will result in less manual work, whereas centralized data management will ensure that everything is organized effectively. The reporting capabilities are useful in decision-making. All in all, it does make productivity and complex administrative processes very productive and easy.

**What do you dislike about Admin?**

Sometimes system lag is experienced during peak hours and this impacts on workflow. Other high-tech functions necessitate further training to make good use of. Some modules have limited customization options and are limiting in the flexibility to specific organizational needs.

**What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Admin helps to get rid of the manual data entry and paperwork havoc. It unites two or more systems into a single platform, which minimizes mistakes and miscommunication. The workflows are automated, making the approval processes faster. It will save a lot of time every day and can concentrate on the strategic activities, instead of the routine administrative duties, which will enhance overall productivity.

  ### 5. Efficient and Easy to Use, Despite Initial Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Admin?**

I appreciate that Google Admin is easy to use, especially within the Workspace environment. It allows me to manage not only Gmail accounts but also Drive and the whole suite cohesively. The ability to create and manage accounts and domains easily, and to connect them in a hierarchy, is incredibly useful, particularly given my need to manage multiple domains and users. Admin has significantly reduced the time spent on account management compared to previous solutions, which was a major timesaver. Overall, the comprehensive suite is so useful for me.

**What do you dislike about Admin?**

I encountered initial challenges with the learning curve when setting up the Admin, particularly around understanding DNS and APIs to connect our domains. The initial concept and workflow were difficult to grasp compared to other administrative consoles I've used previously. The process required learning specific technical concepts, which created some gaps at the beginning.

**What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Google Admin centralizes account management for user accounts and workflows across multiple domains, significantly saving me time each week.

  ### 6. Simple way to manage users and access in one place

**Reviewed by:** Rui R. | CSO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Admin?**

What I like the most about Google Admin is how everything is centralized. I can manage emails, permissions, and security settings for all users from one dashboard. It make it easier to control access and keep everything organized without needing extra tools.

**What do you dislike about Admin?**

Some settings are not very intuitive to find, especially for new admins. The layout could be clearer, and sometimes changes take a bit to apply. But once you get used to it, it works fine.

**What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep user accounts secure and organized, especially since we have several partners using the same system. Managing passwords, groups, and devices is much faster now, saving time and reducing errors.

  ### 7. Powerful Features with a Clunky Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Admin?**

I appreciate the ability to administer our back office workspace efficiently and the security controls it offers. The tool provides great visibility into our organization, allowing us to easily provision and deprovision access across the Google Suite. I like that it fits nicely into our existing ecosystem and its powerful market features, particularly because we favor the Google ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Admin?**

I find that the user interface is quite clunky, particularly at the back end. The large number of features makes the user experience somewhat difficult. There's a steep learning curve involved in getting accustomed to the system, which can be a bit daunting.

**What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product helps us administer our Google Workspace, providing security and control while ensuring visibility into our organization with provisioning capabilities.

  ### 8. Simplifies Managing Users and Security

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Admin?**

Google Admin has been a huge help in centralizing our organization’s account management. It makes it easy to create and manage user accounts, reset passwords, and set up security policies across the board. The dashboard is straightforward once you get used to it, and the ability to manage everything from one place saves a lot of time.

What I like most is the built-in security features like 2-step verification and device management. It really gives peace of mind knowing we can enforce policies consistently. The reporting and audit tools also make it easy to track activity.

**What do you dislike about Admin?**

The only drawback is that the interface can feel overwhelming at first, especially for people new to IT administration. Some settings are buried and take a few clicks to find. But once you learn your way around, it’s a powerful tool that keeps everything organized and secure.

**What problems is Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Admin solves the challenge of managing a large number of users, devices, and security settings in one place. Instead of handling accounts individually, I can easily add or remove users, reset passwords, and set permissions across the whole organization from a single dashboard. This saves a lot of time, reduces errors, and makes it easier to keep our data secure.
