"Goody Makes Employee Gifting Easy, Fast, and Always Appreciated"
5/5
What do you like best about Goody?

I was fortunate enough to start using Goody when I started working for my current company three years ago and people LOVE it, especially when they get to pick out their own gift. The prices are reasonable for our budget and everyone is always thankful. Goody is quick on delivery and will resolve any issues in a timely manner. I appreciate their monthly webinars to learn more on what people are seeing and wanting. Thank you Goody for the ease of setting up a Goody and sending it to my employees. What do you dislike about Goody?

When I send a Goody to our employees, I usually select for everyone to be able to browse all items for that dollar amount so it can be overwhelming is all but there is always something for someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Goody: The Ultimate All-In-One Swag Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Goody?

I find Goody to be a great platform that works well for all our use cases, unlike other gift platforms. It offers easy-to-use sending tools and a curated online store, making it simple to send gifts. I love the platform's ability to consolidate our giving solutions into one. The management aspect is excellent, allowing for budgeting by person or team, which I find really useful. The user interface is top-notch, and the whole process is designed perfectly. Everything just works well together. It's also very easy to set up; we were up and running rather quickly. What do you dislike about Goody?

It would be nice to have some tie-ins with big box stores, like Amazon, for those occasions when you want to give swag that is not available in the curated store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Gifting, Wide Audience Reach"
5/5
What do you like best about Goody?

I really like Goody because it offers gifts for any taste, which is great for our diverse base of champions. Whether it's Gen Z, people in their twenties, thirties, or senior decision-makers, everyone can find something they'll love. The wide assortment of gifts and the ability to tailor them to the recipient's experience are highlights. This personalization means that even with gift cards, where there are often concerns of being impersonal, recipients can choose gifts they genuinely want, making it memorable. It's a universal tool that allows us to handle various audiences and tailor gifts to personal lifestyles and wishes without making them generic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goody?

I think tracking of the gifts and the CRM integration could be aspects to improve. It would be helpful to know whether the recipient redeemed the gift card and how quickly. This could be a touchpoint with our brand, and seeing what they spend it on would help us know more about the person. It would also help to build their traits and profile to get more personalized in the future. A feature to segment customers by these insights would be something I'd love to see in Goody. Also, when setting up, it wasn't clear why I couldn't create a gift link without paying for a premium profile, and making it clearer would make setup easier. "Effortlessly Streamlined Client Gifting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Goody?

I like the easy reporting, which allows me to track who has accepted a gift and our total spend versus budget at a quick glance. I enjoy the bulk sending feature, making it simple to upload our whole recipient list and send gifts to them all at once. I appreciate the ability for clients to pick a gift they actually want through Goody's Gift feature. The initial setup was very easy and required minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goody?

It would be nice to have the option to customize the reminder emails. Sometimes the reporting/tracking UI could be more user-friendly. It's easy to forget where you accessed a certain view for a batch of gifts and can take some clicking around to find the right place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Gifting we Love!"
5/5
What do you like best about Goody?

I love how Goody makes everything easy to use, and the variety of products they offer is impressive. It really takes the hard work off my hands by allowing customers to choose their gifts and delivery locations effortlessly. These features let me quickly send a link, create a campaign, or offer a collection to a customer without the hassle of deciding on the best product. The initial setup was also very easy. What do you dislike about Goody?

I don't love the lack of integrations to HubSpot and company CC systems. For HubSpot, I have to manually add that I've done activities including Goody. Regarding CC systems, I have to reconcile all orders and receipts. We use Rippling, so it's not like you can have unlimited options in integrations, but I didn't see many that could cut down on manual effort to chase down which receipt goes to which order. "Empowers Employee Choice with Quality Options"
5/5
What do you like best about Goody?

I really like that Goody offers higher quality, actual name brand products, which gives people the choice they appreciate. It's nice that the products include options like Lego sets, Nintendo Switch games, leather options, and higher-end bakery options, so people don't feel like they're selecting from cheap products. I also enjoy that it comes as a cute, digital gift that can be customized. Plus, the initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goody?

I think there are so many choices it gets overwhelming. I created a Catalogue for our staff to choose from but the AI chat added some options, but left out a TON! So I had to manually go in and add products. It took a lot of time for that. Also, maybe just better filters. Like filter on clothing sizes, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gifting That Gets It"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Goody?

What I like most about Goody is the catalogue, and how thoughtfully everything is merchandised and categorized. It makes it incredibly easy to find something that fits a specific moment, brand, or audience without spending hours sourcing across a bunch of different sites.

When I was working as a gifting coordinator, I was constantly piecing together options from multiple vendors. Having everything centralized and so well organized would have saved me a huge amount of time. Being able to browse quickly by category, vibe, or occasion makes the selection process feel more intuitive and creative, instead of overwhelming.

On top of that, the ability to send gifts without needing recipient details upfront removes a major logistical hurdle. It lets you move fast without getting stuck in endless back-and-forth.

One unexpected benefit is how elevated the experience feels on both ends. Internally, the gifting process is streamlined, but for the recipient it still comes across as thoughtful, curated, and personal—which isn’t always easy to pull off at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goody?

The catalogue is incredible, but can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming when trying to make a quick decision, especially on a tight timeline. More pre-curated bundles or “quick pick” options for specific use cases would make it even easier to move quickly.

I’d also love to see more guided discovery built in, like a quiz or a way to shop based on someone’s “love language” or personality type. That kind of feature would make the experience feel even more personalized while helping narrow down options in a fun, intuitive way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Goody for about 2 weeks now and haven't found anything I don't like. I was telling Xavier, my contact at Goody, that the platform has everything I've dreamed about in a gifting platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
