**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

GoodTime does all of the work for you! It matches all of the calendars that you don't want to match manually. It's incredibly smooth.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

One of the downsides are that it's hard to actually schedule over non-white spaces on your calendar. There's a bit of a large learning curve at the beginning, but having a rep walk us through exactly how to use goodtime has been helpful. I'm unsure how this will scale, but it's great for now!

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juggling and "tetris-ing" several calendars at once has been super helpful with goodtime. Allowing candidates to schedule with the click of a button rather than just asking for their availability manually has been a game changer.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

I like that we can streamline scheduling, especially for high volume requests. I love that we can customize job and email templates as well as keep track of interviewer capacity. Additionally, interviews change ALL THE TIME - with GoodTime, making interviewer swaps is so easy! 

I really appreciate GoodTime's ability to integrate with other softwares like Zoom video conference, Greenhouse, and Envoy. These help make scheduling smoother.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

When asking for help from the customer reps now, they'll send a link to an article from their help page vs explaining how to work around an issue. I do miss their personal touch.

Since we are in hyper-growth, we have endless interviews to schedule. With GoodTime's calendar integration, interviewer tags, interviewer capacity, and customization, we're able to schedule interviews with ease, creating a positive candidate experience and making high volume requests manageable.

GoodTime allows for the ease of use in scheduling interviews across many different types of interviews. It has a clean, modern, and technological interface that creates an easy experience for candidates and schedulers. My favorite thing about GoodTime is how quickly it can find interview times for complex interview panels.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

GoodTime sometimes pulls different calendar holds as "busy" or "free" and sometimes that can alter the availability.

Helping to schedule complex interviews quickly and efficiently. Other benefits I've used through Goodtime is the metrics feature and the interviewer-shadowing/training feature.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

GoodTime is an easy yet powerful tool that propels our coordinators to deliver on scheduling SLAs and help scale our recruiting function. 

The idea of introducing a new tool to my team (alongside their scheduling targets) was a little intimidating at first, but our CSM was fantastic! On top of delivering a well built-out implementation plan with regular trainings, she always made herself available when the team needed extra guidance or troubleshooting. Customer support is great as well and is readily available to chat.

Personally, I love how GoodTime values client feedback and takes our requests for improvements to the tool seriously. I've already seen several changes since we started with the tool that have made our investment that much better.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

As I mentioned, they are always improving. I'm sure I noticed some things I disliked in the beginning but those have all changed for the better due to improvements to the tool.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodTime:**

GoodTime is the best way to scale your coordination org by unlocking your team to work more efficiently and effectively and support more recruiters.

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodTime is benefiting our coordination team by accelerating how quickly they complete requests. There are many steps in the recruiting process where slowdown can effect hitting targets, and with GoodTime that is no longer coordination.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

There are many things that I love about GoodTime. It's really user-friendly, so it's easy to pick up and learn. I also love how we're able to pick and choose what we want to sync and integrate, making it a flexible product for teams with different preferences. It's helped us tremendously to schedule things quickly as we see a high volume of candidates come in. The ability to create templates within GoodTime that integrate with our ATS  has saved us so much time! I also love how receptive and quick the GoodTime team is in terms of bugs, new product features, and general check-ins!

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

Sometimes we experience bugs with GoodTime. But, when we do, the 24/7 support via the chat feature, and our Customer Success Manager, are always there with us right away to hear what we're experiencing and work on solving whatever issue we're facing!

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodTime helps us schedule complex interview loops more efficiently. It takes out the pain of manually looking through calendars, manually entering data into our ATS, and manually duplicating the information for both the candidate and the interviewers. It's also a really simple product to use that yields so many benefits past scheduling candidates. This product allows for a lot of prep work in order to schedule specific candidates for specific roles, or specific types of interviews. There are so many templates, options, and coding that you can use to make the actual scheduling part seamless.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

Alternative Interviewer is a life saver. This feature allows for RCs to increase their scheduling capabilities as well as fight fires whenever situation gets hectic. You always know the system has a list of alternative interviewers to better help the situation.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

Goodtime Meets feels incomplete. Wish it allowed for us to include other interviewers or managers calendars to be scheduled with that way saves time going back and forth. All in all, it could be great if we can send out various calendar links saying how many uses a certain user gets to prevent abuse of the link. Though I can say that is a feature I am willing to wait for!

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving onsite and phone interview fires when someone isn't able to make it. It allows for us to stay cool, calm and collected. Managing the situation with ease.

It's very intuitive and easy to use. Makes scheduling and coordination feel like a breeze, even if that is not part of your responsibility.

Not much -- sometimes it gets confusing with the different portions of the dashboard, also gets confusing when a candidate request for unorthodox scheduling times.

Make sure to ask a lot of questions during onboarding.

The problem of scheduling and losing time, and losing money with a recruiting coordinator. I realized the benefit is saving time and money!

GoodTime has been a wonderful tool to help recruitment coordinators to schedule faster and more efficient without playing calendar Tetris every time. It significantly improved our candidate experience too. Our candidates love the ability to choose their own slot instead of us proposing interview dates and sometimes having to spend a lot of back and forth emails to find a perfect time. My team has more time to spend on candidate experience related topics since they don't have to manually schedule interviews.

I don't have anything to dislike about GoodTime as it was more than helpful for our teams to reach very high number of scheduled interviews much faster and with less manual work.

I find the "help tool" the most useful. If you're scheduling and have a quick question or an in depth question, someone form the GoodTime team responds in 3 minutes or less!! This is great because Interviews are scheduled fast and we don't always have time to send an email and wait a day or so for a response.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

I honestly don't have any dislikes. Everything on the platform is there for a useful reason.

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving scheduling problems between the Coordinator and the Interviewers. I don't have to go into each calendar for each interviewer and check what times they are available - once I enter the availability shared by the candidate -  Goodtime connects with Google Calendar & automatically brings up available and unavailable times in different colors. So I quickly know what is open and what is not. They also have templates you can create and customize, so no more trying to figure out what to say, It's all already there and ready to go! Customize emails to how you want to represent your company.

Its scheduling function, its roundup function, its interviewer tags and email templates.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

Its training tab and its multi-day scheduling function.

Working around interviewer calendars and tracking interviewer certification. It  is a user friendly scheduling app that lifts the worst part of scheduling off your shoulders. It also helps with keeping tabs on who is certified and who isn't for certain interviewer questions. The email templates are also very crucial.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

My favorite aspect of GoodTime is the consistency with candidate messaging. I work with multiple recruiting coordinators to schedule interviews with my hiring teams, as well as I schedule my own recruiter screens. No matter who is scheduling, it is the same format of interview invites and email cadences for candidates. This makes for a smoother, dependable and overall great candidate experience.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

The only  dislike I have with the scheduling tool is that if I agree to a time with a candidate, that is not available on my bookable calendar, its hard to book over and create a calendar invite.

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inconsistent candidate experience, there is a noticeable difference in communication styles across recruiters/coordinators. GoodTime eliminates that, so the candidate doesn't know there are multiple people involved in the process on the backend.

GoodTime takes the headache out of back-and-forth scheduling logistics that produces significant candidate dropoff, all with a clean, welcoming  UX.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

Occasionally the tool schedules over preexisting engagements- growing pains as our team adjusts to the "invisible" and "soft hold" word banks.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodTime:**

Sync with your team to ensure they are using the appropriate terms on their calendars, so GoodTime doesn't book over those slots. Aside from that, I have zero complaints!

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodTime has significantly reduced friction in the scheduling process, and essentially made scheduling a non-pain point for our recruiters.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

The best thing about GoodTime is the ability to create Tags that can be attached to interviewers. This way, I have a pool of interviewers to pick from that I know is calibrated for certain interview questions.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

The training feature could definitely use more work. The UI is slow when trying to search specific trainees and clicking out of one trainee's training profile will cause the entire page to refresh, making me lose track of where I was on the page. In addition, the process of adding shadowers isn't streamlined - it's still a manual task. Hopefully this feature improves soon, as the training feature is what makes GoodTime stand out from other automated scheduling tools.

GoodTime helps us easily narrow down groups of interviewers based on what questions they are calibrated on, thanks to use of tags. Being able to enter a specific tag and request availability saves us so much time.

That Goodtime Meet cannot be used as a HR screen tracking. Not very intuitive when scheduling for a specific timeslot

The integration with Zoom broke twice unexpectedly and the support team didn't know why.

GoodTime presents suggested times with ease. I appreciate their customer support as they're incredibly quick. I also really appreciate our customer success manager who is always quick and helpful.

GoodTime can be very buggy. I also really dislike the Training tool as it is incredibly manual and does not make a lot of sense for why it is so manual...

Time it takes to schedule interviews as well as tracking progress of training for our interviewers.

Goodtime is a great tool that helps to schedule interviews in such an easy way and as it auto-populates most of the things which help us save time.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

Nothing as such as of now but yes we can do something about time zone things.

The biggest one can be creating a Zoom link every time we schedule an interview but now with Goodtime, we have these things auto-populated. There are more additional benefits too.

1. Auto population of multiple panel options eliminates the need to pull up the calendars of all interviewers. 
2. Inputting the candidate availability makes this process much more accessible that using a notebook, Excel or any other approach.
3. Access to interviewer load balancing/leader reports are critical in partnering with our hiring teams.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

The lack of a confidentiality feature limits use and excludes some of our team from being able to use GoodTime for scheduling. This creates challenges for:

1. Data output and consistency within the GoodTime tool.
2. Ability for certain members of our team to stay in practice with the use of GoodTime since they are not able to use it in their daily practice.

Multi-day scheduling feature is not simple/intuitive.

Be clear with the needs of your team and ensure that all features that you need are available or ask if they will be and when.

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving for interviewer load balancing issues using the reporting function. It allows for a bird's eye view of specific orgs within our company and give us the ability to dig into and evaluate the data + make more strategic plans to troubleshoot. 

We have realized time saving benefits, especially when it comes to the game of calendar Tetris. When RC's no longer have to stop and pull up 5-8 different calendars and visually piece together an interview schedule that works with the candidate's availability, this shaves off a significant amount of time from the end-to-end scheduling process.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

The tagging system helps to easily identify interview panels using key attributes within our organization. A game-changer for engineering interviews! Templates can be built out for any roles, streamlining the process further. Interviewer Training is also a huge bonus! Tracking shadower progress and adding into the interviewer pools has never been easier. Goodtime Meet is also commonly used by our recruiters/sourcers in order to schedule candidate screenings quickly. Rooms in our various offices can also be tagged and assigned, and we love that interviewers can be easily updated if they are no longer available.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

Despite rolling out a multi-day scheduling feature, this is still a challenge through the tool. Workarounds are possible, though. Pricing is also on the higher end given the tool's functionality. The company is still small, which has both pros and cons. Access to support is easy, as well as providing feedback and feature requests, but there are frequent issues with bugs that can affect usage of the tool.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodTime:**

Locking into the right pricing package at the beginning of the agreement is critical. Underestimates can be impactful, and the tool is already pricier than others in this space. Make sure that you have a clear idea of how many interviewers you will be using annually or monthly!

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

The best part about Goodtime is that we are able to create templates for interview panels and email templates. Sending requests and confirmation emails is way more efficient. Scheduling debriefs are also a lot easier with the roundup schedule tool. Also we are able to add interviewer's preferences, which means interviewer's will never be scheduled at the time that they don't want to be scheduleed.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

The only thing I dislike is that candidates are allowed to pick one time of availability. If the tool required candidates to submit atleast 3 blocks of availability, that would be ideal. I also wish there was a way to integrate the video conference link in the confirmation email, since interviews have gone virtual candidate's are having a hard time locating the video conference link.

The search function is not intuitive, especially for names. Even if there's only one person in the whole organization called "Michael", you have to type out most of the name or maybe the full name and a few letters of the surname to find the person you're looking for.
I'd also like to have reports on my usage of Meet and unfortunately they're not available at the moment.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

The tool is easy to use once templates are set up and allows for onsite and complicated interview panels to get on the internal calendar, the candidate's calendar, and the candidate's email in minutes. It is most definitely easier than scheduling everything and sending comms out by had.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

While it's easy to use, something the simplicity is a blocker. It is hard to do really complex or intricate schedules because GoodTime is primarily meant to function as a recruiter screen, team screen, and onsite scheduling tool. With Covid and all interviews happening remotely, we have many more cases of interviews needing to be split between days or happen not back to back. GoodTime does do some of these things but not very cleanly. When it comes to schedules where the interviewers are all busy and I have to make something work, I find myself scheduling them by hand rather than  going through the rigmarole of trying to get GoodTime to do it for me exactly the way I want it to be.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodTime:**

It takes a little bit to set up but once you have it in place and feel comfortable using it, it's amazing.

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem GoodTime solves is scheduling interviews that have an extremely large pool of interviewers. I feel confident that we're load balancing our pool of 200 engineers rather than accidentally leaning too heavily on our more eager or willing interviewers. Additionally, it really helps recruiters remove the time it takes to schedule recruiter  and team screens. No more email threads with candidates to set up a time. All that happens automatically!

The team is constantly asking for feedback and testing new features based on that feedback. I know our requests are taken seriously -- we have seen several features released that we voted on/asked for during the last 2 years. Having vetted over at least 10 other scheduling tools for interviews, I can confidently say that there is no other tool that can do all the things GoodTime can. It's a truly seamless integration with our ATS. Candidates appreciate that they don't need to contact a recruiting team member if they need to reschedule; it's as simple as clicking 2 buttons. Hiring teams love that the program identifies their open slots on their calendars accurately, and provides them with a calendar invitation listing all the relevant details for their assigned interview. It's easy to train new coordinators on how to use the tool, as it's becoming more and more intuitive.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

There have been occasions when we have experienced bugs in GoodTime and this directly impacts our ability to schedule quickly and efficiently. It also impacts candidate experience. It's frustrating when the sync between the ATS and GoodTime fails, as we've grown to rely on the seamlessness between the two. I will say that the team does push fixes quickly, but I do think they could do a better job at notifying their users when they're aware of an issue so that we can create workarounds in the meantime.

We have limited the number of recruiting coordinators we hire because each coordinator can now schedule more than double the interviews they could manually. We reduced our time to schedule by at least half, and candidates are getting through stages at a much faster pace because of it.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

GoodTime does a great job of speeding up the steps in our interview process that would typically slow us down (e.g. scheduling and organizing interviews).

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

Although it the UI is better than most tools I use, it's still bare bones.

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am reducing time to hire. We can easily organize (and adjust) templates for our interview process and schedule interviews much faster than before.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

Ability to schedule on my calendar without all the back and forth. People can see open slots on my calendar and schedule directly. GT then confirms and send both of us a calendar invite, saving me lots of time.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

The UI could be cleaner. Managing templates and navigating between them kind of clunky. I still don't really understand how to set them up and the learning curve to pick up GT takes some time.

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to scale our operations with less people and schedule more interviews with efficiency. We've downsized from 7 to 2 coordinators while schedule the same load.
