Goodtime is super reliable and when I have had issues support or someone else has always been able to help resolve my issue quickly and have a human to help. Our client success partner is very responsive and available to answer questions and share new product features. What do you dislike about GoodTime? Only dislike is sometimes the intial meeting request can end up in a spam or junk box depending on how the person has filtered emails. I really enjoy the addition of the multi-day scheduling tool! That has helped save so much time and frustration on trying to schedule all parts of the interview in one day! One thing that I wish could be fixed is that you cannot manually change something if it's not a provided option by Goodtime. The only thing GoodTime does not have right now is to allow schedulers to edit timing when it's on the schedule page, you would have to go back to interview panel list and use their fixed feature to get the timing you want/need.
