**What do you like best about GoodShip?**

It creates a one-stop shop for reviewing carrier performance, managing RFPs, finding new carriers, and accessing robust analytics.

**What do you dislike about GoodShip?**

It’s really about understanding how our data is set up and how missing data could skew the results. Because it’s so customizable, the calculations we’re currently using might not be best in class.

**What problems is GoodShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of spending hours creating pivot tables and graphs, Goodship does it for you. It also pulls in data from outside sources, which really helps with your analysis.
