GoodJobs provides an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which helps users manage and organise candidates' data effectively. GoodJob also provides reporting and analytics features that provide valuable insights into the recruitment process. **What do you dislike about GoodJob?** Limited Pool of Candidates: The pool of candidates in GoodJob or any recruitment platform is limited, which could impact the effectiveness of our hiring process. Candidates Filter: It is difficult to filter and sort through many applied candidates effectively. There should be more advanced filtering and searchable capabilities. Lack of this capability could lead to time-consuming and manual efforts to find a suitable candidate.
