Also, there is an expiration date at the top of the drug test form that the applicant takes to the facility. This date needs to be moved to the bottom of the page. I want to be able to see all the info I requested on one page, just like the report pdf that we download. No real instructions were needed to hit the ground running. Email notifications letting me know where in the process the background check is works great. If I have questions or need anything I am able to call a customer service representative in the United States or use the instant message option. The instant message option is super quick and easy to use. We were able to customize our set up to include employee ID number. **What do you dislike about GoodHire (a Checkr company)?** A full social security number is not listed on the reports. I am able to contact my representative via email and will get an almost immediate response. If that person is not available, the response includes a method for me to schedule an appointment that same day. If my need is urgent, I will get a phone call that answers my question or resolves the issue. **What do you dislike about GoodHire (a Checkr company)?** I have nothing to offer in response to this question. I have never had a bad experience. **What problems is GoodHire (a Checkr company) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have any problems with GoodHire. The product is exceptions. GoodHire is integrated with Paycor Recruiting, so that streamlines my order submissions. However, it is simple to place orders by logging into the website for checks that don't go through Paycor Recruiting. I have an issue with getting timely local county results; however, that has nothing to do with GoodHire. Rather it is specific to our county records office. A county clerk has to be available for the person contracted with GoodHire to conduct record searches.
