It's easy to set up and use, the reports are turned around to me very quickly, and it has good price points depending on what type of background check you need. It's also well-known and integrates with most of the payroll providers I've used to save time. I had two flags that I received for folks and they were easy to navigate and figure out what was going on, resolve, and then hire the individuals. And for one gal in particular, GoodHire helped uncover that her social was being used without her knowledge and that was incredibly helpful information to our new hire to alert the credit companies and start to get that resolved. Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I've been using it for 9 months so far and haven't had any issues at all. And I onboard a lot of people at a growing marketing agency. I've also noticed a discrepancy with dates verified on employment verifications; candidates have been able to provide proof, but for some reason, "verified" dates don't come up with the correct dates?
