Poor service, rudimentary system. Have to go through a help desk, never get exactly what you ask for. It locks out anyone you've run a check on, so running repeated tests is impossible without calling (think random drug tests). Slow reposne, no way to customize email templates for various secondary tests (again, think random vs new hire). And no clinic partnerships for DOT post accident. Up-charges for MVR. I am paying $14.95 to initiate the process. Then I have to pay additionally for the report to be pulled from the state database. This on top of paying for the basic background search gets expensive for a company the size of mine. In order to maximize our dollar, I have recently started pulling the MVR directly from the State of Michigan for $11.00.
