**What do you like best about Goodfit.io?**

My favorite feature of Goodfit.io is its industry-specific lead qualification and predictive buyer scoring, which fits perfectly for our custom furniture manufacturing business. Unlike generic lead tools that produce endless unfiltered lists, the platform judges each prospect based on project activity and spending scale. I can easily set filters to zero in on interior design firms, residential remodelers, and small property developers who regularly source high-end custom cabinetry and solid wood furniture. The system automatically weeds out budget discount dealers and hobby contractors who will never place large orders, which saves our sales team from countless fruitless cold emails and calls. I also really appreciate the accurate contact enrichment. It reliably pulls up direct emails and phone numbers for studio decision-makers, so I no longer spend hours digging through business pages to find valid contacts. The lead lists export cleanly, and I can import them straight into our C2CRM right away to schedule video calls on Confrere. The dashboard layout is straightforward and does not require complex technical setup. Since our company only has 36 employees and no dedicated lead research specialist, I can build new search criteria in just a few minutes without extra training. The initial basic setup was very straightforward and only took me about twenty minutes to finish. The filter interface is user-friendly and requires no advanced technical knowledge, which was ideal for our small team without dedicated data staff. From lead discovery to document storage, Goodfit.io makes the front end of our sales pipeline much tighter and far less time-consuming. The lead scoring function is the main reason we switched over, since it can judge clients based on active construction projects and business scale and filter out unqualified leads automatically. The lead quality has improved significantly, and we no longer spend hours sorting through useless contacts.

**What do you dislike about Goodfit.io?**

The project activity data often has delayed updates, which creates real inefficiencies for our furniture sales outreach. The system frequently labels residential remodeling firms as actively bidding on new construction projects, but after I invest time drafting outreach messages and scheduling video calls through Confrere, we discover their renovation projects have long been completed or temporarily suspended due to material shortages and budget adjustments. These outdated statuses lead our sales team to chase leads with zero immediate demand for custom cabinets and solid wood furniture. The platform only refreshes business activity on a slow scheduled cycle instead of pulling real-time business signals. Project statuses stay unchanged for seven days, so completed or paused jobs remain listed as active long after work stops. Without live project tracking updates, we can't accurately judge which contractors have upcoming furnishing work, and we still end up wasting hours every week pursuing stale leads. I'd like a daily sync instead of weekly, plus third-party real-time signals like public construction permit data and social media project updates to catch delays faster and cut down false positives.  There's also no native automatic integration between Goodfit.io and our other tools. After filtering and scoring leads, I have to export the list as a CSV, tidy up redundant data columns, and manually import the contacts into our C2CRM. I have to re-enter lead priority labels and project notes because the tagging doesn't carry over automatically.  During setup, fine-tuning the lead scoring rules was time-consuming. I had to repeatedly test and adjust the criteria to exclude budget retailers and small independent contractors that never buy our custom furniture, and it took multiple test searches to get the prospect quality right. There was also no pre-built template for exporting lead data to match our C2CRM format, so I had to clean and reorder CSV columns manually every time. If there were industry preset filters for furniture B2B sales, the whole setup would have been much faster.

Goodfit.io solves blind, low-quality lead hunting by scoring and surfacing only qualified targets, and enriches leads with updated decision-maker contacts. For our small team with no lead researcher, it cuts wasted cold outreach time and lets sales focus on high-intent B2B buyers.

I love Goodfit.io for its incredibly reliable and verified contact data, which is far more accurate than other sales intelligence tools I've used. This saves me hours every week by reducing bounces and disconnections, leading to more real conversations. I appreciate the ICP and fit scoring that really works. I can customize my ideal customer profile based on criteria like industry, company size, tech stack, and buying signals. The platform automatically scores and prioritizes accounts, so there's no more guessing about who might be a good fit. I also value the strong, actionable technographics and buying signals that show me which tools a company is using, along with potential triggers like recent funding or hiring changes. This helps me personalize outreach and reach prospects at the perfect time. The setup was quick, frustration-free, and tailored for actual sales reps, which was a huge plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Goodfit.io?**

The saved lists and workflow automation features are basic. I can save my filtered accounts, but I can't set up recurring auto-updates for high-priority lists or auto-enrich new leads that match my ICP. More light automation would help keep data fresh without manual work.

Goodfit.io eliminates bad, outdated contact data, saving me hours on list cleaning. It targets high-potential leads by matching my ideal customer profile, improving conversion rates and reducing wasted outreach. It enriches contact and account data, aiding precision marketing and efficient prospecting.

The LI sync is missing which should be done in coming time, since the company is young. Should provide more customizations options.

Its sad that integrating into other systems couldn't be done for us. We couldn't manage to intetgrate it with our existing implementation in SAP and needed to keep track between Goodfit.io and our CRM.

Finding potential customers, vendors and service providers has never been made easier. We get to directly contact them with minimum giving the journey blissful beginning.
