One of the best software designed for CSR initiatives for corporate employees.Staff members can register for multiple events and discover new programs based on cause, interests, skills, or location. Easy to manage the database and integration with HRMS to track initiatives and performance. Best part it has attendance tracking for employees and notifications whenever a new similar event pops up. Very easy to manage the communication and import/export the data.it also allows to measure and track the visible and noticeable influence they have imposed. The platform is capable of measuring employee donation and recording volunteering hours. It can provide automated metrics and dashboards that provide employees with insights in real-time. The user interface for mobile version could have been simplified a bit. Goodera was an integral part of my old firm (Atlassian) as according to the Atlassian values giving to the less fortunate is important and every Atlassian employee was entitled to give back to the society in some ways or other like schooling for the underprivileged, food distribution to remote areas, increasing health awareness to the backward communites etc and Goodera was our partner in this.

The interface is very user-friendly. It is very easy to filter and see activities based on one's interests. Volunteering leads can run the entire program virtually, without leaving the platform. It wasn't easy to find out the activities one's friends or teammates had volunteered for. Sometimes, doing a volunteering activity together can be a great team-building exercise. My team utilized Goodera Volunteer during COVID-19 when we were all working remotely. It was easy to participate in a collaborative meeting to support non-profits as well as participate in their giving campaigns virtually.
