For example some guide videos for an online book reading event can help to understand how to host one. **What problems is Goodera Volunteer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of the companies want to ensure part of the their profits are given back to the society for the good of people,and also to envolve their employees in volunteering activities, but arranging all this requires a lot of efforts and experience. Easy to manage the database and integration with HRMS to track initiatives and performance. Best part it has attendance tracking for employees and notifications whenever a new similar event pops up. Very easy to manage the communication and import/export the data.it also allows to measure and track the visible and noticeable influence they have imposed. The platform is capable of measuring employee donation and recording volunteering hours. It can provide automated metrics and dashboards that provide employees with insights in real-time. **What do you dislike about Goodera Volunteer?** The user interface for mobile version could have been simplified a bit. Also opening avenues for both global volunteering options could have been done.The sofware more or less serves the purpose, however the community event opportunities can be managed in a better way. **What problems is Goodera Volunteer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps employees to provide online donations, and volunteer for activities in my city. Donations and receipt generation works seamlessly and it is very easy for HR personnel to import and export the data seamlessly. There has been no performance issues so far with the application and works seamlessly across platforms. ### 4. Goodera would have multiple activities to help needy ones coming from different landscapes **What do you dislike about Goodera Volunteer?** There was literally nothing that can be disliked. Goodera is helping out the community in an intelligent way by partnering with the conglomerates and channelizing their resources. **What problems is Goodera Volunteer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Goodera had multiple activities almost every week for us like tutoring for the underprivileged, plantation in dry areas, health aid distribution, fun events with the families to make them feel special. ### 5. It is very easy to filter and see activities based on one's interests. Volunteering leads can run the entire program virtually, without leaving the platform. Submissions can be managed and so can social shares. The best part was accumulating points and an in-company leaderboard for your volunteering activities. **What do you dislike about Goodera Volunteer?** It wasn't easy to find out the activities one's friends or teammates had volunteered for. Sometimes, doing a volunteering activity together can be a great team-building exercise. It was easy to participate in a collaborative meeting to support non-profits as well as participate in their giving campaigns virtually. What my team and I liked best about Goodera Volunteer was the variety of volunteer opportunities whether it be ongoing or one-time. **What do you dislike about Goodera Volunteer?** When engaged in a virtual meeting session, we ran into some technical issues connecting and also during the recording.
