The most I like is the simplicity of the product & the different views of showing the the tasks like List, Board, Gantt, Calendar, etc. along with the support of multiple project types & time tracking. I love that it is a highly customizable tool, you can choose from the type of view, colors, to the working methodology, it is also very easy to use, allows the deployment of a module to create folders and projects, we can customize and structure it exactly according to our own requirements. In addition to providing the ability to assign tasks to a particular person in required action, schedule my tasks in a calendar view. Moreover this tool provides statistics and reports on the productivity of each team member. You can verify the overall productivity and results of your company thanks to these intelligent reports. Considering the quality-price ratio seems extraordinary to me, as it is really a very functional and effective application, however for professionals or developing companies can be costly, so as a suggestion should develop one or more plans more affordable to people who provide advice for services or professional fees, in addition to SMEs. I don't like that you have to assign a task back to a folder. There are some things I wish I could just assign for that day, kind of like a daily random folder. However, I believe it's this feature that keeps our team accountable to tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoodDay has been a great collaboration tool for our org - we have a few teams using the tool and the comment tracking has made it a breeze to pass projects around. I dislike the task bulk uploader - it seems to be very picky and its access is limited (not sure if this isn't fully rolled out yet). I would use the bulk uploader all the time if it was easier to use because quite a few of our tasks are repeatable. It's also frustrating to not be able to delete a task. Instead, you have to mark it as cancelled so its officially closed. This makes setting up the instance difficult! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite thing about Goodday would be the ability to schedule out projects and then be reminded of them when that day comes. I also like how I can write put a project on hold and write notes about what I am waiting for, why the project was pushed back, etc. It's nice to be able to send projects back and forth between different teams, which is mostly what I use it for.
