This software, in my opinion, would benefit from a better communication system, but that is going to depend on the person using it. Sometimes there can also be a lot going on and a lot for someone to follow happening on the same screen. Being overcrowded has not been a problem for me, but I have heard of others complaining about it. I migrated from Wrike (team setting) to GoodDay to use as a personal solution. There was a steep learning curve with Wrike that, to be honest, never really settled well with me. GoodDay, in my opinion, is what Wrike should've been all along. more integrations, more access, cleaner interface. Overall, a very good, non-cartoony project management software. While there is a workaround using Coherence or Unity, a native desktop app would be great. It's no dealbreaker, just a preference.
