It streamlines the way an employee can see tasks and upcoming events, and it places them all in a concise area. It allows users to follow the process being worked on and notifies them when there is an unprecedented step. It can work with other software and incorporate others designs tools into it. This software, in my opinion, would benefit from a better communication system, but that is going to depend on the person using it. Sometimes there can also be a lot going on and a lot for someone to follow happening on the same screen. Being overcrowded has not been a problem for me, but I have heard of others complaining about it. Recommendations to others considering GoodDay Work: I am sure there are other products on the market similar to this one, but this one seems to do a fantastic job and accomplishes its purpose. It solves the problem of organization and makes project management simplified. It's easy to track what steps the project is on. This will also track who all is involved and what role they are bringing to the project or task. It allows for simplified task overviews. This software has specifically helped us solve the problem of plant layout and design. I migrated from Wrike (team setting) to GoodDay to use as a personal solution. There was a steep learning curve with Wrike that, to be honest, never really settled well with me. GoodDay, in my opinion, is what Wrike should've been all along. more integrations, more access, cleaner interface. Overall, a very good, non-cartoony project management software. It's no dealbreaker, just a preference. The software is a bit slow when used from the mobile browser. The mobile application does not have the same design as the web version and that can confuse its use a little.
