GoodData is a very powerful tool. Dashboards for each product, performance reports, everything from one place. Emailing is very helpful, you don't have to login every time.

**What do you dislike about GoodData.AI?**

It takes forever to generate the report. The data processing is super slow. This makes me crazy sometimes. I understand our company has a huge dataset, but the speed makes it almost unusable.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodData.AI:**

Consider the speed of the data loading as once you have a huge dataset, it'll load very slowly.

Quick insights, it's very useful. You know immediately how the product / team performed for X period of time. Easy to compare, find the outliers and move on.

I have used a lot of data management systems over the years. GoodData, linked to our Zendesk account, has provided a fairly simple way to collect customer data and report on our agents' performance.

I am sad that GoodData won't work with Zendesk next year!

I have been able to build a host of customized dashboards to view and track our customer service performance.

The dashboards and reporting are fairly easy to use and have served me well we creating custom looks and reports for my end users.

**What do you dislike about GoodData.AI?**

The User Interface and the limitations on the structure of the backend have hindered the ability for me to customize reporting and elements to suit my needs. Specifically with conditional fields in Zendesk.

I use GoodData solely as part of Zendesk. GoodData is fullfilling the backbone of all of the data collected in Zendesk and allowing me to analyze metrics in order to make improvements to the way we work within our service desk.

Gooddata has not received any noticeable update within the past 3+ years that we've been using it. The platform has a steep learning curve with many restrictions.

Table making and data collation. Then taking that data and easily forming charts and graphs.

It can be overly complicated if you are new to data reporting.  The UI can be challenging until you fully understand it.

GoodData has a good break down of objects that you can add into a reporting dashboard. It's easier to use then Zendesk's new internal product they are now offering.

The flexibility we can offer our customers, where we can build a whole initial vision and from there, in a web environment, the customer can complement by creating new visions, metrics and dashboards.

I think filter over filter features could be better, for example when using variable filter the filter over filter does not work.

In addition to being a consolidated BI platform, being 10% outgoing and accessible by a browser makes your organization push the boundaries and reach your entire ecosystem.

Many.

Before the extraction of information required a lot of code, today creating all this structure our client can extract the vast majority of information that needs to be the need to start the company that works much less in IT. The end user has autonomy to get new information from day to day. Also highlight the possibility that we are offering to make information available online to their customers and suppliers, I use the variable filter a lot for that.

It's easy to create reports and then building Dashboards using those reports is awesome feature. Its so easy to create custom reports.

There are limitations on grouping, ordering of reports with multiple dimensions.

This is an awesome reporting tool. Makes real time reporting very easy and reliable. Must use tool.

Hundreds of reporting hours are saved. Client has more trust on us when they see real time reports from ZD instead of some excel driven reports.

Very easy to use, beautiful appearance and dynamic, the service is always active, I never had problems with the server or lack of connection, well-prepared support material, although the full version is in English, the Portuguese version extends well, the access controls and security of the Dashboards are very good, it complies with the security and confidentiality of the information, the automatic report triggers are also easy to use and configure.

**What do you dislike about GoodData.AI?**

The Graphs section leaves something to be desired; when there are more than 3 pieces of information per month, the values get mixed up and it becomes difficult to configure. The formatting of the numbers is also sometimes hard to visualize. Some metrics and formulas are difficult to understand, requiring testing or really seeing how they work. The metrics editor should have a better explanation or more video examples for study!

Very easy to use, beautiful appearance and dynamic, the service is always active, I never had problems with the server or lack of connection, well-prepared support material, although the full version is in English, the Portuguese version extends well, the access controls and security of the Dashboards are very good, it complies with the security and confidentiality of the information, the automatic report triggers are also easy to use and configure.

Gooddata helped us customise our reports to a great extent and provided pre-bulit dashboards when we were yet to familiarise with their querying language.

**What do you dislike about GoodData.AI?**

Using gooddata on Zendesk, we have always been limited by how filtering worked across different tabs of the same dashboard. It is impossible to set different values for the same filter in each tab.

GoodData is a great SAAS and PAAS. We are only a new customer but the service has been really fantastic. There are some excellent developers working there. Particularly impressed by the possibilities of the platform.

**What do you dislike about GoodData.AI?**

I think the data visualisation and customising options are quite basic. The UI/UX is quite difficult to change in certain types of the dashboard, making it hard to customise dashboards on a larger scale. It is not so great do BI with even though it is marketed that way.

GoodData can link up to pretty much anything you want - even if it doesn't specifically say in the documentation. The technical team is incredibly helpful in setting up the connectors and even offer to build them.
