What do you like best about GoodBarber?

I love that GoodBarber is playful and intuitive, with an interface that doesn't deter the novice while offering numerous functions. I was able to create a mobile application specialized in wine tourism without any initial technical knowledge, and receive help for publishing it on the various app stores. The initial setup was simple thanks to the support of the GoodBarber team who guided me at every step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodBarber?

I would like GoodBarber to allow for even greater customization possibilities of the interface, especially regarding the header. Also, the possibility of having intuitive video players right on the homepage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you, and thank you for putting the reservation in the title rather than burying it. That is fair.

On one subscription per app: if you are running several, our reseller offer may suit you better. It is built for people who manage multiple apps, with one subscription under which you create as many apps as you want. There is a point where that costs less than paying app by app, and from what you describe you may have crossed it already. Worth five minutes with support to check.

Hi, three days from idea to a working business app is exactly the kind of speed we aim for, so thank you, and thank you for years of building with GoodBarber. On hitting a ceiling when you expanded the use case: that's fair, and it's an area we've since opened up. Beyond the standard sections, you can now build fully custom ones, either by coding your own extension or with our new AI Extension Builder, which generates a custom section from a plain-language description, no developer required. So a bigger use case doesn't necessarily mean going outside GoodBarber anymore.

You've named a real trade-off: building the app is the part we can keep simple, while getting through the stores is demanding for anyone who publishes, whatever tool they use. That is exactly why we keep a team dedicated to it, and it's good to read they were quick when you needed them: walking people through submission is a large part of their job. On features needing some mastery, that's fair. There is a learning curve, and making it as smooth as possible is where our focus goes, something that is more achievable today thanks to AI features that let you describe what you need in plain language instead of hunting for the right setting. Hmmm where to start. All customer service takes 24-48hours to respond. When you receive the response it usually is so limited that immediately you must follow up to get a more detailed response.

Their platform does not allow you to integrate Appsflyer so you have no way of tracking where your users are coming from.

I have paid for 2 years over 3k+ and have still not published my app. Goodbarber API doesnt work as intended and the team refuses to look into it.

They simply act like they dont give a sh*t about you. Its incredibly frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
