Lithuanian Innovation Centre considers collaboration with Good Grants to be very successful. LIC was looking for a solution to manage grants for our first open call. After carefully analysing competitors, we chose grants management software provided by Good Grants.

Good Grants offered the most customisation options, which proved to be very relevant when launching a call for applications. But the most rewarding experience was getting to know the Good Grants Helpdesk Team. In the beginning, we received training about the solution and adaptation to our needs, but daily communication, answering our questions and providing solutions for our challenges were the things that made the whole experience with Good Grants very smooth.

Good Grants is a brilliant system for helping us to manage our grants from end to end. It does nearly everything we require in one place. The system and its processes are flexible and help us create new grant programmes and manage existing ones with ease. I use it daily and find the system reliable. I struggle to think of anything I actively dislike. Very occasionally the system can be slow however we are using it manage a lot and any issues are rare and temporary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once set up good grants is easy to navigate, we probably don't use it to its full potential but it has helped manage and administer £50,000 in grants. We have had positive feedback from those who we give grants to, as they say it nice they can review their applications as well as easy to get feedback. What I like the most is the ability to keep everything under one roof. With the Good Grants platform, our organization is able to manage grantees applications, facilitate reviews by committee members, allocate and assign grants, and document grant reports. All these can be easily accessed under the manage platform, providing an easy grants management and stakeholder communication. The platform is also easy to use, with great user interface. We use third party programs for signing grant agreements. There is the option of linking third party platforms to our Good Grants platform as Zips but the process tends to be too complicated to set up. We opted to just sign outside the platform and reupload since it's easier to do so than automatically link the third party app to our Good Grants platform. The product team are excellent and always open to exploring new ideas that might help to improve the software. When something comes up that doesn't quite fit the existing capabilities they find ways to make it work, and then think about how to do better in the future.
