Very practical are all the instructions available in Good Grants. We were able to prepare a multitude of application forms in 10 different European languages. Anytime I felt stuck on something or needed more information about something in particular, the support team always responded to my inquiries promptly and in the friendliest, most professional way. The written documentation is good, but I often found myself recording a video myself to explain a feature or a process for a colleague, it would be good if I had video references that I could share instead. Also, we tried to use good grants forms for a survey we needed to do for our selected grantees, we managed to do it successfully, but the invitation only forms could have used a dedicated section to explain what you can do with it, other than grants forms. I was hoping that we could make an integration work through Zapier to pass information from Good Grants to DocuSign and QuickBooks, but we couldn't manage it in the limited time we had to try to set it up before we launched our grant. I found the Zapier interface confusing (so I'm not sure that this issue is really on Good Grants).
