Super user friendly, great support and a responsive team who tailor training to your specific needs. I really appreciate the video responses as I’m a visual learner and that method is so much better than written support. What do you like best about Good Grants?

The team are really helpful and responsive if you have any questions or queries. Once you understand all the different tools and how to use them, it's made my role as a grant manager so much easier and saves time on previously admin-intensive tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Good Grants?

Good Grants has been so easy for our customers to use and track their applications. Prior to using Good Grants, we were using a survey software that was inefficient and not user friendly. Being able to have a portal for each Good Grants user they can see their applications and status has been a game changer for us. I love being able to customize the application to our needs. Whenever I have a question or run into an issue, I get a very prompt response, usually in less than 2 hours. My client success manager, Jeremy, is absolutely wonderful. He always listens to my suggestions and ideas for ways to enhance Good Grants and the customer experience is top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Good Grants?

The way our team processes grant applications is slightly different from the available functions in Good Grants. We have tailored it to our needs, but with the way we process approvals, the functionality in Good Grants doesn't exactly work for us. What do you like best about Good Grants?

I like the text editing options in the Forms. It really helps us design the form in a way that is clear and legible. I also like that Good Grants makes reviewing much easier for our Grant Panelists, compared to using a spreadsheet like we were before. Everything is in one place and our Grant Panelists have commented on how easy the platform was to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Good Grants?

I wish there was an easier way to copy a Form without edits to the copy changing the original Form. Likely this is user error, but all the ways I've tried haven't worked so far. I'd just like the Form copies to have an option to not link to each other.

I also wish it was possible to save commonly used Fields—similar to how one can save Content Blocks.

I keep getting ads for your new AI feature every time I click on something new in GG. It's a little too repetitive. I'm also not going to use AI because of the ethical and environmental issues it poses to humans. Even now, my personal electricity bill has skyrocketed because of a nearby AI facility and I don't believe I should have to subsidize a tech company who makes tons of money. What do you like best about Good Grants?

The team provides quick responses to questions and issues and the platform is easy to use and set-up. I also loved the built-in emailing/broadcasting function which allowed me to quickly communicate with the grantee, granter, guests, reviewers, and etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Good Grants?

Depending on the users' firewall or preferred web browsers, the platform may load partway or not load at all. Another thing is the lack of flexibility to configure accounts to have varying review capacities (e.g., can see scores for some applications but unable to see scores for others. Currently, if someone is designated as lead reviewer, they can see scores for all groups they are assigned to). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Good Grants?

Good grants has streamlined our grantmaking process significantly. We primarily use it for grant applications and reviews and it has helped us cut down the time for these processes by more than half. What do you dislike about Good Grants?

The primary enhancement I’d appreciate is the ability to download reports directly. Currently, generating reports takes a while, and then I have to switch from my inbox back to the platform just to download them. This whole process could be made much more efficient. What do you like best about Good Grants?

Good Grants provides many options to manage applications, reviews, reporting and granting. Customer support is quick with replying and onboarding was great. Very practical are all the instructions available in Good Grants. We were able to prepare a multitude of application forms in 10 different European languages.
