Modern websites can get very profligate with their actual addresses, and it's also very useful to declare your own taxonomy over the sites you're linking. For instance you can take two sites from two different places, like, say, reimbursement claims and an approved vendor, and lump them together taxonomically as go/paidfor-claimhere and go/paidfor-buyhere. **What do you dislike about GoLinks?** It's very possible to go a bit hogwild with this. And keeping track of the extant golinks requires more than a bit of organisational discipline! **What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Named well, the golink tells you what to expect of the asset it links to. Which is neat! Not to mention MUCH easier than remembering all the sites you go to. You just type go/bq and presto, you're at Google BigQuery. ### 4. It would be nice if it tried to redirect you to the closest match if you can't remember exactly what the golink was called. Also sometimes old go links are abandoned and forgotten about so it would be nice if the creators of certain golinks got reminders to review their old links and potentially discard them. **What problems is GoLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Golinks makes it really easy to redirect me to the correct pages by significantly shortening URLs so that I don't have to waste time trying to remember a long URL and I can instead type the easy to remember alias i've come up with. I always curious and was wondering if it was their internal tool. And now, we got Golink in our company. Go link has revolutionized my daily internal website access, enhancing efficiency by a huge chunk! I used to have book marks that are poorly organized, or having a hard time recalling the keyword of the internal sites I want to visit. Sometimes wrong keywords would lead me to incorrect sites, wasting time alone and also got me frustrated. With Golink, I can name it whatever name I like, mostly catchy and can be private too. So now whenever I want to access key public sites or team pages, I can simply type go/my assigned names, and it will guide me to the correct site. And it works with both Edge and Chrome making it perfect to two worlds.
