GoliathData is an AI-powered prospecting and workflow platform built for real estate agents, investors, and wholesalers who need a consistent pipeline of homeowners likely to sell. The platform aggregates property records, mortgage data, and life-event signals from thousands of sources, then uses machine learning to identify homeowners who may be preparing to sell before they ever raise their hand publicly. Instead of cold prospecting random lists, users can filter for highly targeted opportunities based on property characteristics, ownership history, financial indicators, and seller intent signals. Leads are delivered directly into Goliath’s built-in CRM, where users can call, text, automate follow-ups, and manage deals from first contact to closing. GoliathData is designed to help operators spend less time searching for opportunities and more time having meaningful conversations with homeowners. By combining real-time data pipelines, automated outreach tools, and an AI assistant that handles follow-ups, the platform helps agents and investors build stronger pipelines, nurture leads intelligently, and close more deals.
