Golf O’Clock is booking and venue management software for indoor golf facilities. It is built in Montreal and has run for 4 years. It works for staffed, unmanned and hybrid venues. Customers book bays online at any hour and get confirmation right away. Staff book walk-ins and phone calls against the same availability. Bay access is sent with the booking confirmation and opens from a phone, with PIN and QR options. Screen Marshal, the bay-control app, runs on each bay’s Windows PC. It unlocks the simulator for the customer who booked and locks it again when the booking ends. Pricing is set up as rules rather than fixed rates. Peak, off-peak, member, tier, package and promotional rates are worked out in order on every booking, and they apply the same way online, at the desk and on the phone. Bay utilization can also be used as a pricing condition. The platform also covers: Recurring memberships, punch cards, prepaid hour packages and seasonal passes, with automatic billing Lessons, with coach calendars, and lessons that book the coach and the bay together Payments through Stripe or Square, in the venue’s own merchant account Reports on utilization by bay and hour, revenue, members and packages, with CSV export Automations for reminders, win-back campaigns and loyalty credits A per-venue API, webhooks and an MCP server Integrations with Lightspeed, Square, smart locks and GoHighLevel Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on bay count. It starts at $150/month for the first 4 bays, then $25 for each extra bay. There is no per-booking fee and no contract. What it doesn’t do: there is no built-in league module and no point-of-sale terminal of its own. Payments run only through Stripe and Square, and the interface is English and French only. Golf O’Clock has processed 1.3M+ bookings for 250,000+ golfers.
