**What do you like best about GoldTech Point of Sale?**

I like the ability to suspend items under specific customers.

**What do you dislike about GoldTech Point of Sale?**

I don't like that there are still a lot of bugs in the system, resulting in closing the program to reset it.

**Recommendations to others considering GoldTech Point of Sale:**

I think overall this is a good program and it's fairly easy to use.

**What problems is GoldTech Point of Sale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving issues with customer pickups with the suspend feature. The benefits are that we now are able to work more efficiently as a team.
