It is very easy to use and streamline for all users. Being in the IT field it is very user friendly to me and the implemenation process was quick and easy to learn. We have dedicated agents that are always checking in with us to provide customer support. It can be overwhelming at first with so many options to do this or that. I don' t like that you have to give "Allow" permissions to the camera/mic. It is allowing a streamline method for multiple "speakers" to have their shared material available and ready to go from our end. We don't use it for in-person events though if we did I imagine it would be helpful. Good integrations to Salesforce, Hubspot & Slack. Attendee and speaker experience is positive and easy to use. We've had Goldcast for over a year now and we love it. We use Goldcast multiple times a month for all of our virtual events. We like the fact that we're able to customize the platform with our brand colors. It's extremely Intuitive and simple to use. It is a great experience for the attendees! The customer support team is amazing! They get back to you right away and check in with you constantly to make sure everything is going smoothly. Highly recommend this platform! In summer 2023, we started researching different webinar/video platforms and Goldcast was the clear choice based on pricing, customer service, design, reporting/analytics, and ease of use. From the sales pitch to set up to launch, it was a very smooth process. Not only is the platform super user friendly, whenever we have a question or tech issue, the Goldcast team is quick to respond.
