People who can't bring lunches and need to eat from cafeteria or food court, need to wait in lines also for longer duration especially in peak hours, with already busy schedules. This helps save all that effort and more. This concept should be used more and more. **What do you dislike about GoKhana?** Currently the app is used in very limited places and it is not very famous amongst major companies where this can be very useful. So, it should work on marketing front to gain more traction. **What problems is GoKhana solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping save precious time of busy people and avoiding the hassle of unnecessarily waiting in long queues for the food. The UI/UX design of app is userfriendly and easy to use. The features like Gokash and Gokash credits also facilates ease of using this application. **What do you dislike about GoKhana?** Gokhana should expand their services to more cities, now its limited. App should also have an option of real time payment (Cash on Delivery) . In my organisation, we get sodexo food coupons which I cannot use to buy food through GoKhana app. **What problems is GoKhana solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use GOKhana to order food whie I am in the office. When I am short on time, I tend to order the food while I am at my desk so that when I reach the food court, my order will be ready. ### 5. It provides option to order while on the way . **What do you dislike about GoKhana?** Gokhana needs to spread at more places. It is very limited. The website needs to be redesigned. The apps needs more creativity to attract food joints to use it. **What problems is GoKhana solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of the times people have to wait in queues in order to get food from food joints. With the help of gokhana people can order food from anywhere and avoid long queues. It can be used in vending machines too. ### 6.
