Clean and modern donation forms make it simple to get donations. Creating campaigns is very simple as well--learning how to use the platform was easy. I like the customization of the forms to include pictures, videos, and logos to help tell our stories better. We love that it's designed in San Diego as well. The reporting features are a bit limited. It's hard to get all the details on one spreadsheet, and it seems like you may have to run a few reports. Some limitations of incorporating other apps/APIs as well. For example, their Double the Donation integration is not customizable and makes it hard for donors to understand precisely how that part of the donation form works.
