The System are user friendly, convenience (Cloud based). Dashboard will remind each OP what is pending or missing. No overlap date need to input again and again. Date Security level, CS Support. Also Software will keep improving and provide better feature.
As a Manager, I can see Operation able to handle at least 30-50% of the volume per month comparing with other software provider with a better service level to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
