We own a business that requires people to complete a very long intake form so having some electronic was imperative. The ease of creating our form through GoFormz along with the price made it the perfect choice for us. We looked at quite a few systems but ultimately GoFormz options made the most sense for our small business. Uploading the form was easy and I love the option to create the "fill in" sections and to have them transfer throughout the document so you aren't typing the same thing over and over again when doing the client's intake. The system is a little confusing at first. I haven't tried to create a form within GoFormz as we just uploaded our own but I don't love that you have to edit it offline and then uplaod the new pages. Training trades is honestly the hardest part. Have training for the Prime Contractor to use forms is good, but training for trades could be better. Many construction workers are not computer savy, not even a little. So telling them to "Scan a QR Code" is not an easy thing. Different languages is also an issue, many constuction workers don't speak/read english, so we need to now consider how to get the forms used by those workers. It's not just a matter of translating the form to a specific language, because then the form will be saved in that language and English speakers/readers can't read the translated form now. I'd like it to grow. The software and its current abilities are a good fit, but in some cases, I would like the ability to do different things, and in some cases I need it to get more functionality to really convince my team that what I'm getting them to do is not just more work.
