Transitioning an older workforce to digital was easier with the staff using the same forms "as they always have" therefore only having to introduce the smart mobile device. Minor changes that are required for forms is easy to achieve. **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** There is not a lot to dislike, field staff like the solution, it is good to administer. Feature set changes and improvements are always desired by experienced users pushing a product to the max, however not all of the ones that I desire make the "top of the development list". **Recommendations to others considering GoFormz:** After starting a trial, keep on the journey, it is well worth the outcome. There are so many "form engines" that offer a question and answer format, GoFormz easily caters for existing paperwork to a digital format. **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recently I was the General Manager and Director of a business that provided critical technical services to the Oil and Gas industry. The tidiness/accuracy/completion of paperwork as well as the return of all supporting field documentation in near real time was paramount to the customer offering. The digitization of all paperwork meant that all paperwork and records were always up to date and retrievable. I liked GoFormz that much my business is based around the introduction and implementation for field based enterprises of all sizes. ### 2. Also wish the professional services department was a little faster... it took several weeks to have my initial consult call to review my needs (after that the quote was quick), and now it looks like it will be 3-4 weeks for them to create my fairly simple form. To get my first form will probably take 6-7 weeks between my first contact with the pro department and final form creation. That's a long time when I'm trying to get up and running on GoFormz! **Recommendations to others considering GoFormz:** Use shared fields very cautiously! **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** No benefits yet, still waiting for form creation. Even providing me with the ability to BETA test new versions of the app. Bar code scanning and camera interfaces are a must for efficiency in my work documentation and they work great **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** The app has some crashing issues on some particular mobile devices. It is processor hungry on these particular devices and to get the app to begin working again it needs to be force stopped. If you have extensive document information it can be overwhelming creating a document. Though support is great in helping you . Other platforms customer service is non existent. The Go Formz team were able to apply customisations that suited our business and location (different date fields for Aus, for example) after one email request. When we were trialing the software, our customer service rep Trenton Polanco called us regularly and every time we asked after we sent an email asking for help. This meant we were able to solve our problems almost straight away. He has been proactive about making sure the program met our business requirements. We also liked being able to use our own forms/ templates and not having to build all our forms again from scratch. **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** We have asked for some specific customisations, but these requests have been passed on to the development team and may happen in the next few months. From the time that I started building my first template, there was always someone checking in with me and helping with any questions that I had. Even now, if I can't figure something out, they respond almost immediately and address whatever issue I'm having. **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** Creating some of the formulas can be fairly difficult at times. If I were to do this over, I probably would have accepted their offer of building my template for me. **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before GoFormz, we were waiting on our field staff to submit information to the office in order to furnish a proposal to our customers. Once received, we had to fill out a pricing spreadsheet, type a proposal, and then email it to the customer. Often times, it would be several days after the technician wrote up a repair that the customer was actually receiving the proposal. After implementing GoFormz, our field staff is now completing the proposal within minutes on their iPad, which is automatically emailed to the customer before even leaving the site. It has helped us provide a better value to our customers and created a way to differentiate ourselves from our competition. As a result, I have seen a significant increase in our capture rate. ### 12. We have a large number of remote technicians that were engaged to drive into a workshop, pick up paper forms, and drive out to a remote location to fill them out. Goformz has allowed us to completely digitize this solution which has saved us thousands of man-hours per month. This has then provided the backbone for further automation projects as we can rely on the data coming through in a consistent manner, instead of being keyed in by hand. Far and away, however, GoFormz best attribute is their support team. They work extremely hard to understand both your technical requirements and the business need for a particular configuration. Building basic forms and formulas is relatively straightforward. Goformz allows and supports complicated data structures and sources and allows layered solutions, but the natively formula builders don't assist with this so it's sometimes necessary to take this outside of GoFormz and build the topology or formulas in a word processor and then copy it back to GoFormz. **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** Goformz handles form replication extremely well but isn't a workflow engine and doesn't allow you to enforce/control workflow at a granular level. The financials around access to their API model are prohibitively expensive. **Recommendations to others considering GoFormz:** Ensure you have an internal champion that understands the technical aspect of implementing and building GoFormz templates and don't rely on external parties **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Goformz helps enforce data integrity as it is a digital solution and we can control user input. Before we introduced GoFormz to our field staff we relied on paper copies being returned to our office. Our employees are spread over a wide geographic area and sometimes we would be waiting on paper work before we could move on to the next job. Using GoFormz allows us to get that paper work instantly. **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** We use a bit of narrative on our forms that changes each month. There is really no formatting ability when using a text box on a form so any bullets or emphasis text is lost. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to be able to copy and paste this text and keep the formatting. **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a problem with our system for getting field work back to the office in a timely and efficient way. It is a little hard to figure out how to use and I actually need help learning how to use it. We tried all the other electronic form options and Goformz is the best for point of sale and face to face with your customer. Having it app based was a big reason we even started with GoFormz, it makes it so much easier to implement when all the staff have to do is download the app and login. Our training of new people takes very little time. The attention to detail on how the form is built is second to none, the different variety of fields that can be used makes it very flexible. Once we discovered databases it opened up so many new opportunities, you make one change in your database and everyone has instant access to the new information. The ability to drag and drop, resize, format fields, fonts, colors is great. The biggest plus is being able to use formula in the default value field that can drive off values in other fields and allows you to do some serious calculations and logic statements. Next is the reporting feature which allows you to produce reports with data and graphs and then automate them to any schedule makes life so simple. Probably the thing that has impressed us the most and our customers is the ability to be able manage events and produce automated html emails when a form is completed. In the paper days it used to take us 10 days to get our customer their actual Bartercard account number now with Goformz they get it the same day they sign their membership form. In fact if we wanted to we could do it within the hour. If you have paper forms, I promise you it is worth the time to invest in getting started with GoFormz, we no longer have any (not a single one) paper forms. **What do you dislike about GoFormz?** I would like to see added features like PC compliant use of credit card data. I would like to see a better financial model for the use of the API **Recommendations to others considering GoFormz:** Make the time to test GoFormz. Upload a simple existing form and just get started, once you start you will never go back. **What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficiency - with GoFormz we are so much more efficient, things happen faster and more accurate. Effectiveness - We are able to provide solutions to our Franchisees using GoFormz that we could not do with paper or any other online form system. ### 26.
