GoFIGR is an Australian workforce intelligence platform purpose-built for the AI era. We help HR leaders, People teams, and business executives understand — at the task level — exactly how artificial intelligence is reshaping roles across their organisation. Our flagship product, the AI Impact Assessment, analyses every task within a role and determines whether it is being automated, augmented, or preserved. The result is a clear, prioritised reskilling roadmap that helps organisations invest in the right people, for the right skills, at the right time. Beyond AI impact analysis, GoFIGR provides skills mapping and capability visibility, internal talent marketplace functionality, workforce planning and redeployment tools, and career coaching conversation frameworks. Who uses GoFIGR: • HR leaders needing evidence-based workforce strategy • Business leaders preparing for AI-driven change • L&D teams building future-ready reskilling programs • Employees curious about their own AI exposure Used by 1,600+ people across 31 countries.
