GoFAST lacks some native business process features, such as integrated management of dynamic business operations. I love the way to aggregate many open source software into a single platform. It can be used as a service (SaaS) or self hosted to get maximum confidence on your datas. We can use it every day as a team to perform collaborations around documents. The support listen the customers for new features (with a bit of time to release and sometime some extra money needed). The ergonomy is medium, if I compare to opponent like Teams or Google Workspace, but we can not compare almost infinite budget of GAFAM in UX/UI vs small companies and open source.
