GoDoWorks is a field service management (FSM) platform for companies whose work happens outside the office: technical service and installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, deliveries, field sales and trade marketing. A web console gives dispatchers and supervisors a live map of technicians, assets and work orders, while the mobile app guides each field worker through the day's assignments and captures structured evidence at every visit: forms, checklists, photos, time and location. Key capabilities: - Work order management with real-time status, owner and location for every job - Preventive and corrective maintenance plans built per equipment, with full asset history to show which machines concentrate failures - Assignment by skill and proximity, including AI-assisted allocation of tasks and resources - SLA management: the platform warns before a deadline expires and escalates unattended orders - Geolocation and real-time monitoring of field teams and customers - Materials and machinery control, charged against the work order that consumed them, closing the gap between work done and work billed - Dashboards and real-time KPIs: open orders, on-time compliance, first-visit resolution and productivity per technician - Integration with ERP, CRM and BI systems Founded in Uruguay in 2012, GoDoWorks operates from offices in Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia and Argentina, and serves customers across Latin America in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
