The platform looks simple enough, and setting up a basic site is easy. But beyond that, it hasn’t met my expectations. **What do you dislike about GoDaddy Hosting?** I did not like GoDaddy hosting at all. My biggest issue was not having access to the website’s source code, especially the section, which made simple tasks — like adding a Google Tag — unnecessarily frustrating. Even worse, every time I called support, it felt more like dealing with a sales team than a help desk. Out of the dozen calls I’ve made, one stood out the most: a rep told me I had to upgrade to their Managed WordPress plan, costing hundreds of dollars more. The problem is, I had already upgraded once because another rep previously promised it would solve the same issue — and it didn’t. When I refused to pay again, the rep became pushy and even said he could be “making $4,000 from another customer” instead of talking to me. That was beyond unprofessional. My advice: stay away from GoDaddy Hosting. There are better providers that give you more control and real customer support without constant upselling. **What problems is GoDaddy Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. ### 2. The settings are really easy for us to use. Implementation is very quick compared to other big names. There are numerous features the best is CPanel. Integration of it with WordPress was very easy for me. We used GoDaddy hosting from 2011 **What do you dislike about GoDaddy Hosting?** Customer support doesn't know anything about hacking everything you ask which is a threat they will say it is an error. They don't know the solution to these digital threats.
