I find the setup for GoDaddy Hosting very easy. I can easily set it up for all of my websites, and implementing SSL is so easy too. I appreciate how it speeds up my websites and maintains their privacy. The free SSL offer is also a plus point. Another thing I like is that if I add a new website, I can use GoDaddy AI to create placeholder pages easily. Also, for domains where no website is hosted, I can use GoDaddy's email service to set up email addresses, which is very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about GoDaddy Hosting? Sometimes, my website gets a 403 Forbidden error, and it took a lot of time with GoDaddy hosting agents, but they couldn't offer me help. Sometimes the SSL didn't load properly either, and again, they couldn't help me, so I had to figure it out myself. This was a bit difficult for me. GoDaddy has a portal that is very friendly and easy to use. The settings are really easy for us to use. Implementation is very quick compared to other big names. GoDaddy has a simple enough interface to make sense of buying domains and managing them whether you need to upload custom HTLM files or working using Wordpress or other apps. They hid alot of buttons and features to make switching from them or moving things around very cumbersome. The simple act of turning a domain's "auto-renewal" off is a 3 or 4 step process, because GoDaddy would rather you get frustrated and keep it on "auto-renewal". Recommendations to others considering GoDaddy Hosting: It is a decent company overall with lots of features available, but be wary of their pitches as they often come at the expense of the end customer. Also, beware of the need for constant upgrading when it comes to website and hosting security. If you are looking to manage multiple websites as an Admin, GoDaddy may not be for you... With other Web Registrars you can not unzip files inside your FileManager and instead have to use an extractor app. Being able to work from one window saves alot of time and end-costs for our customers.
