I use GoComet for tracking shipment status and maintaining proper documentation, and it has good document verification and reading capabilities. I find that data updates are automated, which means I don't need to check the websites of carriers repeatedly, and compliance management is streamlined, allowing me to handle large volumes of shipments easily. The reports and analytics features are a great advantage as well. GoComet has a great UI, and the customer support is awesome, taking feedback seriously and solving issues quickly. I really like the new AI features, which include a range of AI agents that integrate seamlessly and speed up my work. These AI features help me identify shipments that need action, and I can send emails through Outlook integration. It's cost-friendly, customer-focused, and a great product technically. I really appreciate the AI features recently introduced by GoComet. These features, particularly the auto-detect functionality, are amazing; they automatically identify the carrier and related information just by entering a tracking number, saving me significant effort. This means I don't have to manually look up carriers or the mode of shipment, as it automatically detects whether it's an air or ocean shipment. Moreover, the integration of AI features with emails provides valuable insights by highlighting the next steps required for my shipments, saving me substantial time and allowing me to act on clear-cut action items. This proactive insight means I don't need to sift through data to identify delayed shipments or notify consignees, as the AI handles the scripting and task identification for me. The GoComet team has been incredible, providing an amazing onboarding experience and demonstrating exceptional competence. Their support during the entire process was excellent and made it easy for my team to adapt. Additionally, the user interface is intuitive and easy to use, contributing to a smooth user experience.
