GoCardless has been very effective in helping us increase the uptake of Direct Debit payments across our services. The system works well and the online dashboard interface is clean and user-friendly. I have historically found it difficult to speak to a real person at GC, but since having a customer success manager (Bryony), the engagement from GC has been much better. What do you dislike about GoCardless? When renewing the contract with GoCardless, the price increased substantially (pretty much doubled). This has led the organisation to review its strategy for Direct Debit payments as they are no longer any more cost effective than other payment methods which was the reason we went with GoCardless in the first place.
