What I loved most about Goava was its ability to provide real-time, AI-driven recommendations for leads. What problems is Goava solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Renewed without notice - bad business practices"

Goava is a good tool for finding relevant companies in the Nordics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goava?

After productive use, we decided to cancel use of Goava due to a change of business strategy, making Goava and their nordic company data no longer relevant to us.

Upon contacting Goava customer support, they denied this request claiming that notice period has passed and the contract will renew without further discussion. This is after not hearing from them for months, with zero notice of renewal and communication.

This is simply bad business, not good faith negotiation and a renewal tactic not in the customers best interest Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Goava?

The best thing about Goava is how simple it is. It doesn't make me feel lost, whether I know a lot about managing projects or not much at all. It has pictures and tools that help me keep an eye on what needs to be done, which is really useful. So, even if I'm new to this, I can still manage my projects without feeling confused. What do you dislike about Goava?

I like using Goava, but there's one thing I wish could be improved: how it displays information. Right now, it's okay for the basics, but it would be even better if I could change how it shows data. You know, like when you can adjust the settings on your phone or computer to make things look and work just the way you want them to.

For example, some projects need different types of information to be front and center, and others might need certain details to be bigger or smaller. Being able to customize how Goava shows data would make it a perfect fit for all sorts of projects. It's like having a tool that can be tailored to fit your specific needs, just like adjusting the seat in your car so it's comfortable for you. That would be a really nice improvement.
