At the current moment, it’s a bit frustrating I can’t upload an xlsx files anymore. I have a MAC and my Numbers program can’t save as xlsm. I feel bad always asking Anish to upload my latest location updates because I have to update them often. The permissions and hierarchies are also a bit confusing. I’m getting used to it now with the wonderful help and guidance of Anish and Mike, I just wish it was a lot easier. It would also be nice if we could add custom fields to the locations. I also wishyou could do tasks in bulk instead of individual because we have so many locations and users it’s very time consuming to change permissions, hierarchies, user roles, etc. Overall, it’s a great platform, just needs some more tweaking for more efficient updating. We used Excel sheets to track store visits, but over time those spreadsheets turned into a pile of unusable data. Go Audits not only made it possible to analyze the data we were capturing, it also reduced the time spent finalizing and submitting store audit reports. It also let us capture images for each question, along with voice-to-text notes. I personally didn’t find anything wrong with the application. In fact, we couldn’t find any suitable replacement for it, since it was constantly evolving and upgrading. Based on our feedback, the team introduced geo-fencing and a speech-to-text feature, which reinforced that they were actively listening and improving the product.
