-many-many bugs

-not saving reviews

-logging people out in short period of time

-not so fancy interface

-bad user experience: even when there are not so many controls on a page, it is really hard to find what I am looking for

The tutorials were very helpful. I have used it at multiple companies so I don't have to entirely relearn the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoalSpan?

As an employee, it is hard to recall the form to make changes. The progress rating in our systems has to be assessed manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoalSpan?

GoalSpan makes it easy to walk through the review steps and sections with employees. If you've done reviews in spreadsheets or docs, this takes it to the next level. The system is fairly intuitive, although the goals/milestones section takes a bit of learning to understand and use in a valuable way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoalSpan?

GoalSpan does require a well organized approach to the review process - it's both good and bad that it's pushing us to really streamline and flesh out our internal process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
