"My Experience with Gmelius: Boosting My Productivity in Gmail"
5/5
What do you like best about Gmelius?

In today's fast-paced digital world, managing email efficiently is crucial for maximizing productivity. As an avid Gmail user, I have recently had the opportunity to explore Gmelius, a powerful platform that enhances the functionality of Gmail. In this review, I will share my firsthand experience with Gmelius, highlighting its standout features, as well as discussing areas for improvement.

Streamlined Inbox Organization: Gmelius offers a wide range of tools to organize and declutter my Gmail inbox. With features like labels, email templates, and custom filters, I can effortlessly manage and prioritize incoming messages.

Enhanced Collaboration: Gmelius facilitates seamless collaboration by transforming Gmail into a team-friendly platform. With shared inboxes, email notes, and email delegation, I can collaborate effectively with colleagues, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

Workflow Automation: Gmelius empowers me to automate repetitive email tasks, saving me valuable time. With its automation features, such as email sequences, auto follow-ups, and email snoozing, I can streamline my workflow and ensure prompt responses to important messages. What do you dislike about Gmelius?

While Gmelius offers a multitude of impressive features, there are a few areas that could be enhanced:

Learning Curve: As a new user, it took me some time to fully grasp the intricacies of Gmelius and unlock its full potential. Improved onboarding resources, such as video tutorials or interactive guides, would be beneficial for users to quickly navigate and utilize all the features effectively.

Pricing Structure: While Gmelius provides a free plan with limited features, accessing its advanced functionalities requires a subscription. Although the premium plan offers excellent value, a more flexible pricing structure with options for individual users or small teams would be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adeline Casagranda of Gmelius

Hi Mauricio, thank you for your complete review of Gmelius, we'll do our best to make it better for you!

We actually do offer a new flexible plan which is based on the number of monthly shared conversations your team use. But it's only for small teams of up to 10 users, so maybe you don't fit into this tier, but you can have a look at the link below.

Thanks again :)

"Gemnelius is a valuable tool for companies"
5/5
What do you like best about Gmelius?

One of the great advantages of this platform is the ability for real-time collaboration among team members. This means that everyone involved in the project can share information, discuss ideas, and work together efficiently and productively. With the possibility of simultaneous document editing, teams can make changes in real-time, avoiding the need to send updated versions via email or wait for periodic updates.

This real-time collaboration also contributes to the quick resolution of problems. If an unexpected obstacle or challenge arises, team members can communicate instantly, share relevant information, and find solutions together. This speeds up the problem-solving process, avoiding unnecessary delays and keeping the project on track.

Additionally, the platform offers features that allow for agile decision-making. Users can access updated data and real-time reports, which helps them make informed and well-founded decisions. This agility in decision-making is crucial for projects that require quick responses and adaptation to changes.

Another positive aspect of this platform is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Even less experienced users can learn to use it quickly, without the need for extensive training. This allows the team to quickly adapt to the new tool and start reaping the benefits immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gmelius?

One of the challenges faced by Gemnelius is its learning curve. Although the platform is intuitive and easy to use, it takes some time for users to become familiar with all the available features and functionalities. This transition can be particularly challenging for teams migrating from other project management tools.

However, Gemnelius offers resources and support to help users overcome this initial hurdle. The platform provides detailed tutorials, comprehensive documentation, and a dedicated support team ready to assist and answer users' questions. Additionally, there are also options for personalized training, allowing teams to receive specific guidance according to their needs.

Another effective strategy to mitigate the learning curve is the gradual implementation of the platform. Teams can start by using the most basic features of Gemnelius and, as they become familiar and more comfortable, they can explore the more advanced functionalities. This way, it is possible to avoid overwhelming users with an excessive amount of information at once.

Moreover, user feedback plays a crucial role in the continuous improvement of the platform. The team behind Gemnelius is constantly seeking improvements and updates based on users' needs and suggestions. This ensures that the platform evolves according to market demands and continues to meet the expectations of project management teams.

It is important to emphasize that, despite the initial learning curve, Gemnelius offers a number of significant benefits for teams. Once users get accustomed to the platform, they can enjoy more efficient project management, real-time collaboration, and access to updated information. Therefore, investing time and effort in familiarizing with Gemnelius certainly pays off in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gmelius?

Since we manage a lot of emails, I can take special care of my assigned ones so I don't miss my own pendings and also do tracking of my team's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gmelius?

If anyone closes an email that has not been completely handled or should have not been closed yet we might miss that important email, but it's still traceable since I can look for the similar ones and see the historical changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I've really enjoyed Gmelius"

What do you like best about Gmelius?

Being able to close emails and make them dissapear, but they reappear when someone response is so incredibly nice. Being able to keep my inbox clean and usable is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gmelius?

I think some of the downsides is not being able to assign more than one person to something. I don't want to leave it in general and it's more than one persons job, but I can only give it to one person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-use and weapon of choice for email automation (outbound sales activities)"
4/5
What do you like best about Gmelius?

The GMelius interface is very intuitive and easy to set up. From the start, we've been able to run successful campaigns and increase our open rates and response rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gmelius?

When you share a sequence with one of your colleagues, you don't work on the same sequence but you work on a copy. Being able to edit the same sequence without going back and forth with sharing would be helpful :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adeline Casagranda of Gmelius

Hi Bob, thank you for reviewing Gmelius. When you share a sequence with someone, you will see the same sequence, meaning changes done will be visible to your teammate and yourself. Learn more about sequences in the link below. If you need help don't hesitate to reach out to support@gmelius.com

"Gmelius: An incredible tool for your job!"

What do you like best about Gmelius?

You can assign several emails either to yourself or to others so those won't get lost. Also, separating emails by tags and groups makes it easier to work day by day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gmelius?

Some automated actions are not that helpful (changing the status to "closed" even though I click "send" instead of "send and close"). Another thing is that some aged emails won't transfer automatically to Gmelius and that causes us to forget important Work Orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The answer to team shared emails."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Gmelius?

This is the answer to shared team emails. The ability to divvy up, assign, comment, etc on emails across a team is what we have been looking for this forever! We used a super expensive CRM just for this ability, so it was awesome to dump that and be able to use our native gmail inboxes again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gmelius?

There is no way to automate a monthly email to go to a client list anymore. Seems like some of the automation was taken away and is being replaced by Zapier. Which is what our team is moving away from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
