I work in the IT field so being able to get emails and assigning them to users to organize the workflow has been a tremendous help. The only downside I can find for using gmelius is the fact that there are occasions when we close a email case it doesn't leave our inbox and remains. Love that you can move an email to a colleague's inbox with one click. Two major drawbacks for me: 1. When you share/assign an email, the timestamp shows the date/time of the share, instead of the actual date/time the email was sent. Gmelius really needs to fix this. 2.I really wish the G sidebar (on the right) did not automatically open every time you click into a shared email. What I found to be most useful is the shared inbox and the tracking of email flow itself. I think the automatic tracking and organization of folders vs. Kanban boards. I wish the labeling was carried over. We implemented Gmelius in just a couple of days. We use a lot of mail in our day-to-day work. A lot of people jumped it without a problem. We had some issues initially, but support solved them very fast. Some specific use cases we had were reported, and if not supported, workarounds were provided to solve them. The downsides of Gmelius are the "busy-ness" that comes with the user's screen. It can be a little overwhelming to see everything in bright-red.
