Edit: While the features have not changed (there have been minor improvements), the pricing has and the product shows a blatant disregard for existing users. Original review: Gmelius's Shared Labels really helps my team share emails that we send so that any one of us can reply to them. Unfortunately, we haven't had the time to dive into the software to utilize it completely and it is not a software that has much information out there on the features of how to use it. "Great for follow-up's." 2/5 What do you like best about Gmelius? Gmelius has unbelievable efficient sequences and follow-up's. If you work in sales, Gmelius will save you A LOT of time. Some times you have to reload Gmail to get all the Gmelius features to work right. I also have been waiting for a feature to get released that would allow you to auto-assign emails. That feature was just released and now I have to pay more for it and upgrade to a new tire of a plan. I don't care for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Gmelius? Our most used feature is always templates, and this is where gmelius left a lot to be desired for the price point. We switched back to mixmax for better and easier template functionality with tags and being able to put multiple templates in the same email. We also liked Mixmax youtube functionality where we just paste a youtube link and it makes a smart image automatically in the email. Furthermore, our team has unintentionally shared emails internally from time to time. No biggie, but not ideal for larger teams where this might be a problem.
