The software was very intuitive and easy to understand as well as to set up and integrate with our Shopify website. The team who we had a call to help understand the platform was also very good and helped solved all our queries. The features the platform offers are very good, and as a small scale start up which had non-existant operations processes, it filled the gap completely and eliminated the need for us to hire an entire ops team - just one person would have been enough. **What do you dislike about Streamline?** We ended up not going for the application as it was too expensive for us at the stage we were at.
